Britney's manager gets court ban

Britney Spears in January

Britney Spears' manager has been banned from seeing her, after the singer's mum asked a court to stop him from going near her.

Lynne Spears claims that Sam Lutfi has been controlling Britney's life by cutting off her phone lines, yelling at her, and even giving her medicine.

The pop star was released from hospital on Thursday, where she had been getting help with her mental health.

The court order means Mr Lutfi must stay away from Britney and her family.

Lynne Spears told the court that Mr Lutfi often shouted at Britney, and called her nasty things.

Britney's been in the news constantly over the past year because of her bizarre behaviour, and it's left her family very worried about her.

She was banned from seeing her two boys after a row with police where she refused to give them back to her ex-husband, Kevin Federline.

And after she was rushed to hospital again last week, a court gave her dad, James Spears, control of her money and well-being.
