Super Bowl shock as Giants win

Superbowl action

One of the biggest upsets in American football happened last night when the New York Giants pulled off a massive win in the Super Bowl.

They beat the favourites, the New England Patriots, who hadn't lost a game all season.

A touchdown in the last 35 seconds sealed a 17-14 win for the Giants, in one of the biggest sporting events of the year in America.

The Patriots hadn't lost for 19 games in a row.

The dramatic touchdown was made by Giants' quartback Eli Manning.
