Footie star David Beckham flew out to Sierra Leone in western Africa to draw attention to the number of kids dying in poor countries across the world.

Becks met children like five-year-old Senyo, who has difficulty walking because her muscles have been weakened by not having enough to eat.

The footie star even helped give two-day old Mariatsu a vaccination against an illness called Polio.
