Footie star David Beckham flew out to Sierra Leone in western Africa to draw attention to the number of kids dying in poor countries across the world.
He met children and families who live in the country, which has the most number of children dying before their fifth birthday in the world.
Becks met children like five-year-old Senyo, who has difficulty walking because her muscles have been weakened by not having enough to eat.
The footie star even helped give two-day old Mariatsu a vaccination against an illness called Polio.
But of course he found time for a chat about his favourite subject - football!
The star player even found time for a quick game at the side of the road.
He kicked off the match and showed off some of his legendary ball skills!
