Britney still cannot visit sons

Britney Spears arrives at court

Britney Spears is still banned from seeing her children, after she turned up late to a court case in America about who should look after them.

When she turned up a crowd of paparazzi surrounded her, and she didn't go inside.

The singer was banned from visiting her two boys after a row which ended up in her being taken to hospital.

Sean Preston, two, and one-year-old Jayden James are being looked after by their dad Kevin Federline.

Last Thursday, a row broke out with police officers when Britney refused to return the boys when they visited her.

Before the row, her ex-husband Kevin Federline was the temporary full-time carer of the children, but Britney was still allowed to see them.

Kevin, who has a new mohawk-style haircut, turned up early for the court case on Monday.

Britney and Kevin got married in September 2004, but were divorced in July 2007.

Another court hearing will be held on 19 February.
