A new TV talent search to find young actors to star in the musical Oliver! will kick off in the new year.

The programme, called I'd Do Anything, will be looking for three young actors to take turns as Oliver, and an actress to take the role of Nancy.

Graham Norton, who led the searches for the stars of Joseph and The Sound of Music, will present the talent show.

Auditions will be held in early 2008, and the programme will be broadcast on BBC One later in the year.

What's your fave TV programme?

Oliver Twist is the story of a young orphan boy who gets involved with a gang of pickpockets in 19th Century London.

The book was written by Charles Dickens, and has since been made into films, TV series' and stage shows.

The musical is packed full of well-known songs, including Consider Yourself.
