Newcastle United scored their first win in seven games, with a stoppage-time strike from Habib Beye giving them a 2-1 result over Birmingham.

Everton beat Fulham 3-0 thanks to a second-half hat-trick from Yakubu and two goals from Sulley Muntari helped Portsmouth to a 3-1 win over Aston Villa.
In a late kick-off, Reading beat Liverpool 3-1.
A Stephen Hunt penalty put Reading in front, before Stephen Gerrard equalised.
But goals from Kevin Doyle and James Harper condemned the Reds to their first league defeat of the season.
