Spice Girls sell out in 38 secs

Posh Spice might be more famous as a footballer's wife these days, but her old band still have what it takes after selling out a huge gig in 38 seconds.

More than one million people registered to get the 20,000 tickets for the Spice Girls' London show, which is taking place at the O2 Arena on 15 December.

They were one of the biggest bands ever, selling over 55 million records.

And it's being reported that tickets for the show are already being sold online for as much as 750.

The Spice Girls haven't all performed together since May 1998.

The show is part of a world tour which also takes in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, New York, Cologne, Madrid, Beijing, Hong Kong, Sydney, Cape Town and Buenos Aires.
