Britney Spears is hitting the headlines again for all the wrong reasons - this time because of her driving.
Police have charged the singer with not stopping after crashing her car in a car park and driving without a licence.
If she's found guilty she could be sent to jail for six months and fined about $1,000 (£495).
It's the latest bad news for Britney who had her recent comeback at the MTV Awards widely criticised and was later dropped by the people who managed her.
The management company, called The Firm, would have been in charge of promoting Britney's new album which is due out in November.
But after seeing her performance at the MTV Video Music Awards, some people aren't sure Britney's ready to tackle the charts again.
Critics said she struggled to mime in time to her new track Gimme More and couldn't cope with dance moves either.
The 25-year-old is also in the middle of a court case in America at the moment about who looks after her children.
The singer recently agreed a divorce with her husband and the dad of her two children, Kevin Federline.
