Many kids in Scotland will be going back to school this week.
But imagine if you didn't go home at the end of the school day - and stayed overnight too.
That's what a lot of children who go to boarding school do.
Press Packer Isabel loves being at boarding school and doesn't think children should be scared of boarding.
Here's her report.
"If you are scared of going to boarding school- don't be!
I think it's great because everyone's there for you and they try to support you.
When you are a boarder, it's good to remember that there are other children who are there too. They are away from home and are scared and wish they were with their parents as well.

It's worth making the effort to talk to other children and get to know them. Even if you don't feel like you can talk to them, there are plenty of adults around who you can talk to.
Warm welcome
If you are new when you walk into the boarding house, there is always someone to meet you and make you feel at home.
Normally it's the Housemistress or some of the older boarders.
It's great being a new boarder because you get to make loads of new friends.
When you board, you can stay at the school for the whole term, or even board for one to four days a week - for example from Sunday night to Thursday night.
It's not all that scary being in boarding school. Its just like a huge sleepover!
So board if you can.
It's fun and you'll make loads of great friends!"
