Cows say 'I moo' in pet wedding

Cow wedding

More than 1,000 people in India have been celebrating a very unusual wedding - between a cow and a bull!

Pet cow Sadhana belongs to a couple who don't have kids, so they wanted her to marry just like a real daughter.

The cows said 'I moo' in a traditional Hindu ceremony that took nearly two months to organise and cost 2,500!

They even got dressed up for their big day, which included blessings from God, a grand feast with their guests and, of course, loads of pressies.

Marrying off your pets to ward off evil is quite common in India, but the animals' owners said they'd wanted the wedding to celebrate the bride and groom's happiness together.
