You might be used to being told to eat more fruit and veg and be a bit healthier, but do you think your parents need to learn the same lesson?
Well, dinner ladies at Castle Church school in Stafford are giving them the chance to do just that by joining their kids in after-school cookery lessons.
The idea is to get kids cooking up a storm with their parents so they can learn how to make healthy, tasty meals.
They even get to take away whatever they've cooked up to enjoy at home.
The scheme has been a big success so far, especially when it comes to making puddings.
Elle-May, nine, said: "I've really enjoyed cooking at school. I've liked making the desserts most of all because they're all really nice and tasty."
