My advice if you are being bullied

Bullying can be a big problem for children at school.

Here, Press Packer Matthew gives his tips on what to do.

"Are children at school bullying you?

They may see it as a way of being popular, or making themselves look tough and in charge.

Don't be scared, just tell the teacher.

Tell someone

Some bullies may not even understand how wrong their behaviour is and how it makes the person being bullied feel.

Coping with bullying can be difficult, but remember, you are not the problem, the bully is.

If you're different in some way, be proud of it!

If you see someone else being bullied I think you should tell someone."

Matthew, 8, Warwickshire

Why don't you write us a Press Pack report - and get it published on the site!

It can be about anything that's happened in your local area - or your views on the news.
