Angellica saved by Academy judges

Angellica

Angellica Bell has made it into Comic Relief Does Fame Academy - after being saved by the judges in the showdown.

CBBC star Angellica was in the bottom three after the students' first performance - with comedians Rowland Rivron and Miranda Hart.

They had to sing again - and the judges decided that Angellica was the one they wanted to save.

The students then had to choose between the two remaining students - and they decided to expel Rowland.

The students have now moved into the Academy, where they will live, eat and sing together.

The next showdown is on Wednesday, when another student will be expelled.

The show is raising cash for the Comic Relief charity and the celebs are giving their time for free.

The Fame Academy final will take place on Comic Relief day - March 16.

Other contenders include Radio 1's Colin Murray and Blue Peter presenter Zoe Salmon.
