Ocean liner the Queen Mary II has arrived in Sydney Harbour, Australia. The massive 150,000 tonne ship is half-way through her first ever trip, called a maiden voyage.

The huge liner is 23-storeys high and can carry up to 3,000 passengers. She was greeted by a flotilla of yachts, motor launches and even kayaks.

Here's the ship next to the Sydney Opera House. Onboard there are 15 restaurants and bars, five swimming pools, a ballroom, a theatre and a planetarium.

The liner is visiting Sydney at the same time as her sister ship, the Queen Elizabeth 2, which arrives later on Tuesday.
