An American man has taken to the skies in a very unusual aircraft - his garden deckchair.
Kent Couch of Bend, in Oregon, attached 105 helium balloons to the chair in an attempt to fly to the neighbouring state of Idaho about 370km away.
He controlled how high he was flying by popping the balloons that were holding the chair up, and he managed to travel 310km in an epic nine-hour journey.
He didn't make it to Idaho but managed to land safely in a farmer's field.
Mr Couch said the nine-hour flight was beautiful.
"Anybody would want to do it," he said.
"You look up at the sky on a nice summer day laying on your back in the grass and you look up and see the clouds and you say, 'What would it be like to sit on that cloud and just drift away?'"
But it wasn't a total success. As he jumped off the chair as it landed, the balloons lifted it into the air again taking his camera and equipment with it. D'oh!
