A 10-year-old girl has been sacked as a living goddess in Nepal after angering religious leaders by visiting America.
Sajani Shakya was just two years old when she was chosen as one of three special goddesses, called Kumaris, who are worshipped by Buddhists and Hindus.
Kumaris are not meant to leave Nepal, in east Asia, and the main Kumari is only allowed to leave her palace to attend religious ceremonies.
Leaders decided to replace Sajani when she went to America to promote a film.
Girls are usually worshipped as Kumari until they are 13 or 14 years old.
To be chosen as Kumaris, they have to pass 32 tests based on things like the colour of their eyes, shape of their teeth and sound of their voices.
Normal life
As well as never leaving Nepal, they are also not supposed to let their feet touch the ground unless it's covered in a red carpet.
Some former Kumaris have spoken out against the tradition because they said they found it very difficult to get used to normal life again when their time as a living goddess ended.
