Achievements: Gold medallist at the Commonwealth Games in 2006 on the vault. Also won a silver medal in the team event.

When did you start?

Imogen: "I've been doing gymnastics since I was six years old and I train six days a week.

I do all four apparatus. I don't have a favourite - whichever one is going well at the time is the one I love the most."

What's your career highlight so far?

Imogen: "Competing at the Commonwealth Games was amazing. I won my gold for the vault.

Your heart is beating as fast as it can and all eyes are on you. As soon as you put your arms up it's your time to go, you just try and do the best you can and then you've landed and hopefully you've done what you train in the gym everyday."

What's your advice for new gymnasts?

Imogen: "My advice for people up and coming is to enjoy it. Have fun while your training and don't take it too seriously."
