Samara has a disability called cerebral palsy, which means she has one leg shorter than the other. It's led to her being bullied.
Samara talked to the woman in charge of the anti-bullying policy in her area. She said that young people should visit schools to try to make sure the anti-bullying policies work.
If you are being bullied, here are some tips to make things a little easier:
Tell someone you trust like a parent, teacher or friend. You will feel better and you can think of ways to beat the bully together
If you're to scared to tell anyone you can always write a note to someone and say how you are feeling. Also, keep a diary of what kind of bullying is happening and when it is happening
Try to stay in safe areas of the school at break and lunchtime where there are plenty of other people
