The World Memory Championships are taking place in London this week.
Newsround's Laura went to meet memory expert Tony Buzan and these are his top tips!
- Trust your memory
Everyone's memory has the potential to be really good but we don't trust it enough.
- Daydream more
Daydreaming and letting your mind drift is really good for your memory. When you daydream you often end up thinking in pictures rather than words and facts and this is really good for your brain.
- Look after your body
If you are eating lots of junk food and not treating your body well your memory is not going to be as good because your brain cells need good fuel to make them work well.
