Boy follows brothers into ballet

The Clarke brothers
An 11-year-old from Scotland is set to follow his three brothers into the Royal Ballet School.

Reece Clarke, from Airdrie, is set to start at the top dance training centre in September, following his brothers Ryan, 12, Russell, 18, and Ross, 23.

Ryan and Russell are still studying. Ross is a successful dancer, having worked in the US, Portugal and Britain.

Their mum, Ann, said: "I've very proud of each of them. They're very talented and just had an appetite for dance."

The brothers have a wide range of hobbies outside dance, including football and karate.

A spokeswoman for the Royal Ballet School said: "We have had brothers and sisters, but to have so many from one family through the school is unusual, but very exciting."
