Kids in 47 primary schools in Glasgow are going to be given daily tooth brushing sessions in school.
Glasgow has one of the worst records for dental health in Europe, and it's hoped this scheme will improve it.
Parents who have volunteered and been trained will supervise 2,000 kids who attend school breakfast clubs.
These plans follow a similar scheme for nursery school kids in the area, which led to three times as many kids aged under five having no cavities.
The plans should be rolled out to 3,500 kids by December.
"This could easily bring about the biggest single health improvement that the east end of Glasgow has seen in years," said local councillor James Coleman.
