One younger brother, Amal
Dancing, listening to music, reading, watching lots and lots of TV and going on holiday.
Black doesn't count does it? I'll say gold... only because the meaning of my name is 'golden'!
Favourite item of clothing?
How would you spend your perfect Sunday afternoon?
Eating brunch at a cool café and then going to the cinema.
I love big animals like elephants, lions and gorillas. I've been on safari and it's amazing to see animals like that in the wild.
What are you scared of?
Eating meat by mistake (I've always been a vegetarian).
Who/what makes you laugh?
People falling over.
What other jobs have you had?
Shop assistant at my dad's pharmacy, Bollywood/Bhangra dance teacher, TV extra, hand model.
I think Ben Stiller, Jennifer Aniston and Cameron Diaz are good at comedy.
Dark chocolate, mint-choc chip ice-cream, chips, pasta, garlic bread...yummy!
Most embarrassing moment?
Crying while on safari because I needed the loo so much - it's was SO painful!

Advice to children who want to get into journalism?
Work hard at school. It's never too early to start in the industry... try to get as much work experience as you can... that's the best way to decide which area of journalism you want to work in.
If your school has a newspaper or a magazine, make sure you're involved. If your local hospital has a radio station, try and volunteer on it
