My great uncle played football for Glasgow Rangers with Alex Ferguson and his wife is still in touch with him. Another great uncle played for a different Scottish side and played for Scotland, also another distant relative coached the Scottish cycling team in the recent Commonwealth Games. My brother has also been on the front of my local newspaper and I was on the radio!
