The Commonwealth Institute in London is now a conference centre.
The institute's collection has moved to the British Empire & Commonwealth Museum (BECM) in Bristol.
The museum tells the story of the British Empire and the shift to Commonwealth, with 16 permanent galleries full of photos, artwork and artefacts.
