Making decisions

The leaders meet.
Every two years the leaders of all Commonwealth nations meet to decide on ways to work together.

These meetings are called Commonwealth Heads of Government Meetings (CHOGMs).

Decisions made at CHOGMs are made by consensus which means that every country, however large or small, can have a say and the right to disagree.
