Euro 2005 was a huge success for women's football.
It also inspired lots of girls to become interested in the sport and showed that women's football is becoming popular.
Nowrin plays football and in her report she tells us why she thinks girls are just as good as boys at the beautiful game.
"I'm a girl and I love football.
Many boys say that it's only for men, but it's not!
At our school the girl's team does better than the boys!
And the girl's team has tournaments and matches with trophies and medals.
Unique football
I always used to think 'I'm never going to achieve my dream'.
But when I saw the women in Euro 2005, I was amazed!
I just couldn't believe it. It was great and the quality of the football was unique.
I thought Kelly Smith and Karen Carney were fantastic.
I think they can go really far and prove a lot of boys and men wrong.
Taken off
I think a lot of boys question women's football because they think women aren't capable of what men can do.
But women are, and if you saw England's match against Finland then you would realise this.
Although it's not as popular as the men's sport, it has taken off.
There was a huge attendance of 29,029 at the City of Manchester Stadium.
Also in the Arsenal's club magazine there's a special page dedicated to women!"
