Narnia actor James McAvoy has been nominated for the new Rising Star award at this years Baftas.
James, who plays the faun Mr Tumnus in the fantasy film, is up against four other up and coming actors, including Rachel McAdams, who was in Mean Girls.
The new award is for young actors who have impressed judges in the past year, and the winner is chosen by the public.
Nominations for the main awards will be announced on 19 January, and the Baftas will be held on 19 February.
Bafta chief Duncan Kenworthy said: "The Orange Rising Star Award is a significant new award that asks the public to judge what they are uniquely placed to judge - stardom.
"This exciting award will shine an early spotlight on the talented young actors and actresses who are the future of our industry."
