A sequel to Superman Returns seems likely even though the film didn't make as much money as bosses at Warner Brothers expected.

Director Bryan Singer has talked about some of his plans for the film, and says now fans know all about the characters he can make a film with lots more action.

But don't hold your (super) breath to see it - the film isn't expected until 2009!
