Exercise is an essential part of a healthy lifestyle, but lots of us don't get enough. New Year is a good time to take a look at how much excercise you're getting and how much you need.
There are loads of different ways of keeping fit, and the excercise doesn't have to be that hard, in fact it's best to start gently so that you don't injure yourself.

Keep an excercise diary. That way you'll know when you're due to take some excercise. Making a note of how well it went can help you stay motivated.
If you feel like you don't have enough time to stay active, try getting up early and going for a walk before you get ready for the day.
