Although bullying is common, there are lots of things you can do to beat the bullies.
Lauren tells us what happens at her school.
"Bullying in school always happens. But at most schools they have an anti-bullying policy which should help students that are getting bullied.
At my school, there are lots of things you can do if you are getting bullied.
What can help?
For a start, you can go to a counselling session which takes place on Wednesday lunch times.
Everything you say in there is private and confidential. The people in there are really helpful and will advise you what to do.
Then, once you have been to the counselling session, you can tell your form teacher and they will pass it on to your Head or Deputy Head of Year.
Getting the facts
They will get you out of your class and ask you to write down what has been happening.
Then they ask you some questions about the bullying so they can sort it out.
They don't tell the bully you have told them, so the bully won't know. Then, further action will be taken, and it may even end up with the bully being excluded.
My school is very helpful and it helped me sort out my problems with bullies. If you are being bullied, the best thing to do is tell someone."

Why don't you write us a Press Pack report - and get it published on the site?!
It can be about anything that's happened in your local area - or your views on the news.
