Madonna dances to chart top spot

Madonna
Madonna is back at the top of the charts, with her new single Hung Up going straight to number one.

The track - which uses a sample from disco kings and queens Abba - knocked Westlife from the top spot.

They dropped to number three, one place ahead of a great singles chart debut for Son of Dork.

Busted boy James Bourne's new band went straight in at number three with Ticket Outta Loserville, one ahead of ex-Blue star Simon Webbe's No Worries.

Former number one Arctic Monkeys' I Bet You Look Good On The Dancefloor dropped from number two to five.

Westlife were knocked from the top in the album chart too, with opera-style singers Il Divo jumping to number one with Ancora.
