Will Daniel Craig be next Bond?

Daniel Craig is tipped as the next Bond
British actor Daniel Craig will be the next James Bond, according to reports in The Sun newspaper.

But Bond bosses have refused to comment on the story, which claims Daniel has been offered a three-film deal to star as the super spy, 007.

Daniel Craig has starred in films like Lara Croft: Tomb Raider.

Clive Owen has also been heavily tipped for the part, but he's apparently said he doesn't want to limit his career.

There have even been rumours that Pierce Brosnan was considering taking on the role again because producers couldn't find a suitable replacement.

A spokesperson for the Bond production company, Eon, told The Sun: "We're waiting for our director to finish the film he's currently working on. Then I'm sure we'll be commenting a lot on all sorts of things."

The director is Martin Campbell, who's currently working on The Legend of Zorro. After that, he'll work on the new Bond film, called Casino Royale
