Fernando Alonso won his second Grand Prix in a row in Bahrain, leading the race from start to finish.
He finished ahead of Toyota's Jarno Trulli in second and McLaren's Kimi Raikkonen in third.
The Ferrari of Michael Schumacher looked quicker than in earlier races this season, but a technical problem forced the world champion to retire.
At the time he had been challening Alonso for the lead, who remains top of the drivers' championship.
