Wildlife in the UK is struggling to cope with climate change, a survey for a BBC programme has revealed.
Springwatch has checked 60,000 wildlife sightings since January. Some frogs and bees may already have been killed off by temperature changes.
The animals have been fooled into breeding earlier by short warm spells, then frozen by later cold weather.
Presenter Bill Oddie said: "Climate change is going on in our back gardens and parks, affecting everyday species."
The programme now wants people to keep their eyes out for the "second phase" of spring - things like peacock butterflies, hawthorn flowering and swifts arriving.
Over 31,000 people have taken part in the survey already, making it the biggest ever survey into the arrival of spring.
Springwatch is being shown on Friday at 7pm, and you can join in using the link above.
