Vitamin C: Helps your body to fight infection, so eat lots of fruit and veg if you don't want to end up with a cold like this bloke.

Vitamin D: You need this to help your teeth grow strong and stay that way. It's found in very few foods e.g. oily fish and margarine.
Night vision headset

Vitamin A: This helps you see in the dark, so eat lots of green and yellow vegetables, alternatively you will need 8,000 for a night vision headset like this.
Energy transfer

Vitamin B (Thiamen): This lets your body transfer the energy out of the carbohydrates you eat. It's found in breads, cereals, potatoes and milk.
Dinosaur bones

Calcium: It's a mineral not a vitamin but you still need it for strong and healthy bones. You get lots of calcium from milk, cheese, and eggs. It's also in cereals, veg and bread.
Red blood cells
6 of 6
Iron: This one's also a mineral, it's needed to produce the red blood cells that make up most of our blood.
