Britney's 'baby pics are stolen'

Photos of Britney Spears' newborn son have been stolen following a private photo session, says her spokesperson.

Snaps of the singer with baby Sean Preston were posted on the internet but taken off when the singer threatened legal action.

Britney has also issued a statement saying the use of the pictures would be "invasion of privacy".

The singer, who is married to baby Sean's dad Kevin Federline, gave birth to her first child in September.

It's not known if the couple have spoken to the police about the alleged theft of the baby photos.
