Stereophonics hold on to top spot

The Stereophonics are still number one in the download chart with Dakota, but they only just held on.

The Kaiser Chiefs were a new entry at number two with track Oh My God, ahead of Jennifer Lopez at three and Nelly and Tim McGraw at number four.

Phantom Planet continue to climb the chart, taking California to number seven from 17 seven days ago.

The only other new entry on the UK's official download chart was Jem, who debuted at 12 with They.

Could I be sued for downloading music?
