Jenny leaves Celeb Fame Academy

Comic Jenny Eclair has become the second student to get kicked out of Celebrity Fame Academy.

Jenny's departure leaves 11 stars competing for the honours in the show, which is raising cash for Comic Relief.

Wednesday's show included memorable performances by DJ Edith Bowman, who sang Shout, and Blue Peter's Konnie Huq, who did a version of Whole Again.

Another comedian, Al Murray, was the first student to get the boot. The show continues until Red Nose Day, 11 March.

EastEnders actress Kim Medcalf is being tipped to win the show, followed by Corrie star Debra Stephenson.

Other contestants include TOTP's Reggie Yates and impressionist Jon Culshaw.
