Firstly, it's important not to worry - there's only a very small chance of danger.
But just in case a new human-to-human virus does become a problem, the UK Government have bought 14 million vaccines to stop the disease spreading quickly.
They can't make a full cure for the human version of bird flu because the disease hasn't appeared yet.
But if it does happen, plans already exist to stop it spreading - including stopping big gatherings at schools, pop concerts and football matches.
