When they marry she will be called Her Royal Highness, the Duchess of Cornwall.
Will Camilla become Queen?
As the current law stands, if Prince Charles becomes King, she will automatically become Queen. But she doesn't want to be known as Queen. Instead, she says she prefers to take the special title of Princess Consort.
When will they get married?
On Saturday, 9 April, at Windsor Castle. His marriage to Diana was held at St Paul's Cathedral and show live on TV. His wedding to Camilla will be a private non-religious ceremony attended by close family.
When did they meet?
They first met over 30 years ago in 1970. Although they both married different people they have always been very good friends. A few years after Princess Diana's death, the couple started to appear together in public. They are both now divorced and can legally remarry.
Why have they waited so long?
The Princess of Wales was unhappy about the Prince's friendship with Camilla and hinted that it played a part in their divorce. Some people do not approve of Camilla and Prince Charles as a couple.
What do Princes William and Harry think?
The princes have said: "We are both very happy for our father and Camilla and we wish them all the luck in the future." As Prince Charles' wife, Camilla will become their step mum.
