Cut out these instructions and put them in the correct order.
- Sprinkle the cheese on top of the un-toasted side of the bread.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Preheat the grill to high.
- Grill until the cheese is melted and golden brown on top.
- Grate the cheese into a bowl.
- Put back under the grill.
- Remove from the grill and butter the bread on the un-toasted side.
- Toast two slices of bread on one side only.
