The biggest airlift in American history is underway as thousands of survivors of Hurricane Katrina in the southern US are flown to safety.
Around 40 aircraft are operating around the clock to move thousands of people who have been stranded in New Orleans in the state of Louisiana.
They are being taken to Texas, Indiana, Arkansas and Tennessee.
Meanwhile, thousands of extra troops have been brought into the hurricane zone to stop people turning to crime.
On Saturday, more than 10,000 people were taken out of flood-ravaged New Orleans. Many of them had spent days without food, water or medicine.
The exact number of victims is unknown, but thousands are believed to have died.
The disaster area is thought to be as big as the UK.
The US is spending £5.7bn on emergency aid and more than 44 foreign governments and international organisations have offered help.
