Gwen Stefani holds onto top spot

Rock chick Gwen Stefani has held onto the top spot in this week's download chart with What You Waiting for.

There were four new entries including Kasabian in at number 20 with Cutt Off, and Ashlee Simpson in at 27 with La La.

Elsewhere the Doves entered the chart at number 31 with Black And White Town. And X Factor winner Steve Brookstein was in at 39 with Against All Odds.

And there was good news for chart regulars Green Day who re-entered the chart at number 37 with Good Riddance.

Could I be sued for downloading music?

The chart is based on the most popular legally downloaded songs on the web. It has just been expanded to include even more music sites.
