Thousands of kids expelled from school every year are forgotten about and don't get new chances to learn.
That's according to the people in charge of inspecting school standards, Ofsted, who think as many as 10,000 children are "missing" from schools.
Ofsted is worried that lots of the expelled children in England aren't getting any kind of education.
The government has already promised to give more cash to a scheme where former soldiers teach some kids who misbehave.
Around 9,000 children are expelled from school each year.
The Ofsted report says that because not enough is being done to help expelled children, they end up being left out completely.
Some people say that a number of the "missing" children may be being taught at home by parents, as the law allows.
