Before you set off

You've done your training, feel confident about the rules of the road, and have given your bike a final check over... so what next?

Before you set off, plan the route you're going to take, and make sure you stick to cycle routes.

Most importantly, let someone know where you're going and how long it should take.

And finally, make sure you look all around you before moving away from the kerb.
