Why do I feel angry?

We all know what anger is, and we've all felt it.

Whether you're getting slightly annoyed or having a full-on rage, anger is a normal and usually healthy emotion.

But when it gets out of control it can cause problems at school, home and with friends.

Scientists who study anger say that when you get angry, your heart beats faster and your blood pressure goes up, as well as your energy levels.
