What is being done to stop bullying?

Since September 1999 the government has made every school have an Anti-Bullying Policy.

Schemes include anti-bullying clubs and sessions where older pupils give tips on how to cope.

Citizenship and PSHE are taught in most schools and can offer you ideas on how to tackle prejudice and discrimination. Teachers can also use circle time to discuss issues surrounding bullying.
