They told Adam from Newsround Showbiz that having a go at breaking into the US music market is important to them after enjoying big success in the UK.
"It's always good to go to different territories and I hope we do well.
"The thing is that America's one of the coolest places on the planet," said Charlie.
James said he can't wait to enjoy the good weather and Matt's also looking forward to tucking into some real American fast food.
"The burgers out there are amazing! And I've never tasted fries like it!" said Matt.
Tough US market
Busted may be in for a tough time as the US record market is famously difficult to crack.
But this isn't putting off the Busted rockers, who say they don't really mind that much if they don't make it big in America.
"Do you know what? It would be amazing to crack it but if we didn't I'd still think everything else was cool," said Matt.
