The row broke out because MTV wanted to cut the cash paid to artists for showing the videos by a whopping 55%.
It looked like videos by acts including The Strokes, Craig David and The White Stripes were going to disappear from MTV Europe.
But now MTV has agreed to pay the artists an amount they're pleased with.
'Very happy'
Details were not revealed, but the Association Of Independent Music said it was "very happy" with the agreement.
MTV Europe released a statement saying it had "always been the home of independent music and artists".
