Britney Spears became the youngest singer ever to receive a Walk of Fame star in Hollywood on Monday.
The 21-year-old songstress has had her name placed below a star on Hollywood Boulevard in Los Angeles, becoming the 2242nd person to receive the honour.
Before the ceremony, she signed posters and magazines for her fans. She said: "This is something I've dreamt about since I was a little girl."
The ceremony took place one day before her new album, In the Zone, comes out.
